We want to go on written record with (customer name blocked) concerning an RLD auditor; namely, Christopher Freeland. In these busy times when a comment is made concerning any personnel whether agency, company or outside person, the comments are too often negative. It seems people have time for that but don’t take the time when something goes right. Apparently, Mr. Freeland is doing things right!! I can’t remember any comments good or bad on any other RLD auditors however, I have received several ‘glowing’ remarks about Mr. Freeland. I personally worked with him on a problem...

You may remember RLD as the building on Walnut St., or even know us as the headquarters located on Cumberland St. in town. But did you know RLD has outgrown its old building, and now has a satellite office that we like to call "RLD South?" This is evidence of our growth, and proof that the strides at perfecting the audit process work. It’s difficult for many to thrive in a bureau state especially with an incentive program, but we do it. Evidence of our success can be shown by numbers.
