We want to go on written record with (customer name blocked) concerning an RLD auditor; namely, Christopher Freeland.

In these busy times when a comment is made concerning any personnel whether agency, company or outside person, the comments are too often negative.  It seems people have time for that but don’t take the time when something goes right.   Apparently, Mr. Freeland is doing things right!!

I can’t remember any comments good or bad on any other RLD auditors however, I have received several ‘glowing’ remarks about Mr. Freeland.   I personally worked with him on a problem situation and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable and accommodating.  He resolved a situation for us that had been on-going but after he got involved, the matter was resolved quickly and correctly to the customer’s complete appreciation and satisfaction.

We appreciate him and wanted to pass this along to you.
