Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau

RLD Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that after the second quarter 2009, five of our closest partners in the insurance industry were awarded the right to “opt out” of the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau’s Test Audit Program.

In order to opt out of the Pennsylvania Test Audit Program, carriers must secure a test audit error ratio of less then 10% for four consecutive quarters. It is then at the carrier’s discretion whether or not they actually opt out of the program for the following four quarters. In the past 20 years, we have accomplished this feat for numerous carriers and some carriers multiple times. However, we have never had five carriers in one quarter reach this objective.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the carriers for partnering with us and allowing us to help achieve this goal. Management would also like to thank our field staff for their dedication and attention to detail. These results are quite an accomplishment. Your service is much appreciated and recognized.
